You Can Score $29 Flights to These Beach Destinations With Frontier’s Latest Sale

Frontier Airlines, the Denver-based budget carrier, has opened up its latest sale, “Explore A Beach Within Reach,” which invites sun searchers to book discount flights to the many beach locations it serves. This is valid through 11:59 p.m. EST on July 14, 2024, with fares starting at $29.

These rates are valid for travel through November 13, 2024, so it’s a great time to start booking some fall and early winter escapes. What Travel + Leisure has found are offers like these:

  • Atlanta to Miami (or vice-versa) for only $29
  • Cleveland to Fort Lauderdale for $49
  • Dallas to Houston (or vice-versa) for $29
  • Houston to Orlando for $29
  • Philadelphia to Savannah for $29
  • Raleigh to Tampa for $29

It gets even cheaper for travelers who belong to Frontier’s Discount Den. For $59.99 a year, members get lower bag fees, free flights for kids, and exclusive discounts on promotions like this “Beach” sale.

However, fliers ought to be aware of some limitations. Flights to Florida are available only Sunday through Wednesday, and the offer excludes Labor Day holiday weekend travel. In addition, all tickets booked under this sale are nonrefundable and subject to change fees.

The offer comes when Frontier is on an ambitious route network and has recently initiated the New York-JFK—Las Vegas route and launched a daily service connecting Los Angeles to Phoenix in 2017.

Growth strategies seem to be paying off at Frontier Airlines. The low-cost carrier announced that passenger traffic had risen 3% in this first quarter of the year. More than seven million passengers took to the skies with the carrier during the three-month period, climbing on board seemingly with a positive outlook..

This is good news for budget-savvy tourists vacationing in the summer. Prices are low, and Frontier’s “Explore A Beach Within Reach” campaign will be one of the most popular in this very competitive airline market.
